Session Fees are due at the time of the shoot. We will accept cash, check, or credit card.
Cancellations – cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. If canceling within 48 hours of your scheduled session, you must pay 50% of your session fee. Same day cancellations or postponements may be billed as a full session.
Refunds – No refunds will be given on portrait sessions.
Travel – We will travel outside of Northwest Arkansas for a portrait session. Please call for a quote.
Proofs are available to view online through our partnership with Pictage.com. Prints, albums, photo cards, and additional products are also available through this site.
Copyright notice – Copyright Law protects all photographs taken by Monica Roberts Photography; however, we do give release forms to our clients for personal printing and sharing purposes. Please ask photographer for details.
Inclement Weather – in the case of inclement weather, we will reschedule your portrait session at a time that is convenient for you.
